Join us as a Partnerships Manager, Onboarding in Ascenda Singapore! Working with our global teams from our Singapore office, you will support the Partnerships Director in deploying major initiatives with new & existing clients and merchant partners.
This includes collaboration with Ascenda\xe2\x80\x99s team of partnership managers, sales, product, project, legal finance and marketing & communication professionals, you will play a pivotal role in growing Ascenda\xe2\x80\x99s business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the efficient onboarding of new partners and clients into the Ascenda ecosystem by overseeing various work streams encompassing marketing, communication, value proposition, and end-to-end customer service operations.
  • Strategize, execute, communicate, and manage workshops involving external stakeholders throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a positive experience for clients or partners.
  • Collaborate closely with partnerships, clients, sales, project, and product teams to drive new launches and deliver concise updates to key internal stakeholders.
  • Support BD team and occasionally spearhead strategic communication with clients and partners by providing insights and research on customer behaviors, client products, competitor analysis, and market research.
  • Ensure each partnership achieves business plan objectives, including revenue, timelines, and strategic value.
  • Continuously evaluate enablement resources, processes, and tools for updates, improvements, and innovation.
  • Participate in internal and external business reviews alongside the Partnerships Director and senior management teams.
  • Support the development of new products and strategic opportunities.

What you bring to the table
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, account management and/or project management.
  • Experience in new client onboarding is a big plus
  • Excellent communications skills to manage both external and internal stakeholders, including presentation to senior management and C level
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential leadership style that drives high performance, fosters innovation and engenders a positive team culture
  • Strong analytical skills to lead teams in developing strategic conversations with clients
  • Commercial, technical and analytical acumen
  • Ability to navigate and work fluidly within a fast paced and changing work environment is a must
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently
  • A fast learner
