Parts Executive
- Oversee entire parts and warehouse operations
- Coordination of shipment arrangement and documentation
- Creation of Purchase Orders (PO)
Location: Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Mon-Thu (8.30AM - 5.30PM) & Fri (8.30AM - 5PM)
Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations
- Coordination of daily shipment (including shipping documentations)
- Packing of spare parts orders from technicians\' request
- Preparation of Purchase Orders (PO) when required
- Inventory management
- Attending to emails and liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers
- Min. 5 years\' of relevant experience
- Independent and able to work in a lean team
