Role DescriptionThis position reports to the Training Manager and interfaces with the other inter-departments stakeholders or partners. Facilitates in training to provide a more holistic training/learning experience to our customers.Individual to be involved in: Conduct/facilitates training assigned by the Training Manager Communicate training needs and online resources Contribute in research and development for new recipesRequirements: Prior baking experiences in bakery / hotels Qualification in Baking Courses (e.g. Diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry) Possess an ACLP/ACTA certificate is an added advantage (We will send successful candidates for this certification if candidate meets the requirements with terms and conditions apply) Good time management skills and meticulous Possess excellent communication skills Passionate in training / teaching
