Responsibilities
  • Preparation of pastry ingredients, (Weighing, Mixing, Baking, etc.)
  • Production and decoration of pastries (Cakes, Cupcakes, Macarons, Sponges, etc.)
  • Operate machines for the production of pastries
  • Adhere to kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s/SFA Standard operational procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools and, Machinery
  • Packing of finished products, cutting, etc.)
Requirements
  • Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in the Pastry industry
  • Working location at IBM, Changi Business Park
