This is a team-management role, whereby you will lead the whole payroll operations for the organisation such as timely payment policies and controls, ensuring accurate and timely payment, and the analysis of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s expenditures. You will closely work with other finance cross-functions for banking matters, digitalisation aspects as well \xe2\x80\x93 via leading process improvement projects for the system.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance or be CA or CPA certified. A minimum of 8 years of relevant payroll experience in a big organisation is preferred. Team management and SAP experience are preferred.
