Your New Role

The P&C Advisor, reporting to the Senior P&C Partners is a key member of the SEA P&C Team and will be a contributor owning and managing the employee life cycle for the teams based in Singapore and the South East Asia. This role is also responsible for partnering with for specific corporate functions in the region, offering guidance and support to People Leaders in addressing complex HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, development, compensation, mobility, retention, talent acquisition, headcount management, compliance, and invoicing.

Your Role Accountabilities

The role holder will support the P&C Partner team and work in conjunction with the CoEs leaders in the region for Learning, Comp & Ben, Employee Connection (Operations), DE&I.

Manage complete employee lifecycle and support employees in all P&C areas including compensation, learning & development, talent acquisition, performance management, and operations.

Own & manage employee engagement in partnership with business leaders and stakeholders within & outside the P&C Team (like Communication, Employee Resource groups etc.)

Cultivate strong relationships and partner with the Global & Regional Centre of Expertise (CoEs) and regional teams to implement global projects and initiatives including Diversity and Inclusion across SEA offices.

Independently partner specific corporate functions and work with the functional leaders and Global P&C leads to introduce structural changes, redefine job roles, optimise reporting lines, streamline work processes, and address legal requirements within the region.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure regular Workday updates and data integrity for accurate reporting.

Promptly escalate complex team or personnel issues to Senior P&C Partners.

Proactively update local policies and procedures to align with current and upcoming employment legislation.

Champion diversity and inclusion within the workplace, with a focus on fostering a \'one company\' mindset.

Offer administrative support on coordination of P&C initiatives, creation of employee reports, invoice administration, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience of 2-4 years as an HR specialist or HR Business Partner

Ability to communicate effectively skills with stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Profound knowledge of Singapore employment law and awareness of regulatory developments.

Being proactive, responsive, collaborative and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Dedication to diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and promoting a \'one company\' mindset in the region.

Ability to excel in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.

Inquisitive and genuinely interested in the media industry.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

Exposure to international business environments (e.g., MNCs) is a plus.
