• Coordinate and schedule interview arrangements for candidates, including but not limited to phone screening & scheduling interviews
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at the interview stage \xe2\x80\x94 maintaining clear, consistent and timely communication
• Take charge and attend career hiring events organized locally with the exposure of sourcing through various job portals
• Adapt to change, and source for candidates that meet the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s resourcing needs.
• Create positive experiences for our candidates \xe2\x80\x94 from the moment they apply to the moment they\'re hired

HR Operations

• Manage end to end employee life-cycle during their employment with the company, from onboarding to offboarding
• Maintain and manage policy related changes and updates as well as the company handbook
• Ensure that Payroll operations are managed accurately and on-time
• Work with stakeholders and the HR Business Partner to manage grievances
• Understand and ensure compliance with MOM documentation and regulation
• Maintain P-file records
• Provide support in areas of Training, Learning and Development as well as Performance Management

HR Engagement and Projects

• Plan and organise employee engagement activities such as townhalls, birthday celebrations, festive holidays and new joiner lunches
• Participate and complete miscellaneous HR Projects within a deadline

Who You Are

• A Graduate with a Degree or advanced Diploma
• 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or any other similar HR role
• Enjoy working with people and patient when interacting with others
• Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Team-player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and reliable individual who is able to multitask efficiently
• Have the ability to prioritise and complete projects within tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strongly motivated to shape company culture and environment to be a great place to work
