Job Summary.
Human Resource support for employees and managers for an assigned region/country/function.
Provides first line communication to employees in a customer-focused manner and executes the administrative activities related to the employee lifecycle. Works with stakeholders within the company to identify trends and issues to recommend solutions and ensure continuous process improvement.
