• Campaign Setup: Assist in setting up and managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others.
• Ad Creation: Help create engaging and effective ad copy and creatives tailored to target audiences.
• Audience Targeting: Identify and define target audiences for various campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the performance of different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Reporting: Generate reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to inform campaign strategies.
• Support: Provide general support to the marketing team in executing and optimizing performance marketing initiatives.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus.
