Develop and deliver change transition plans to support organizational change initiatives and projects.
This role will suit someone with 5 plus years Change Management experience relating to major business transformation projects.
Key accountabilities:
Develop and deliver organizational change and transition programs that effectively support organizational priorities and engage employees.
Required experience:
Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience relating to major business
transformation projects.
Experience with change management methodologies, frameworks and tools such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or similar.
Proven implementation experience relating to waterfall and agile programs or projects is highly desirable.
Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
