About Our ClientOur client is a well-established family office from the U.S. The office in Singapore supports the family member in a few key foundations. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the Singapore team and support the family member in their day to day logistics and admin arrangement.You will report to the Chief of Staff and your responsibilities include:- Supporting the family member in booking doctor appointment for their children- Filing necessary documents including expenses claims- Supporting the family member in the logistics of their philanthropic work- Working closely with Chief of Staff to manage family member\'s calendar and trips- Providing vendor options and vendor information when needed- Supporting other household admin mattersThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidate must have- At least 10 years of experience in Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role- resourceful and organisedWhat\'s on OfferYou will work with family member directly and enjoy WFH flexibility when possible.
