Job Overview As a Personal Assistant to Deputy Chairman, you will be providing all-rounded business administrative and secretarial support. To succeed in this role, you will be good at multi-tasking, highly-motivated, organized, meticulous and with an attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and admin support
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Handles personal tasks for the Deputy Chairman
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events and conferences
  • To keep proper filling and documentation of records/ account
  • Overseeing general office operations
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment
  • Assist to arrange and book business trips
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma Holder
  • Versatile on Computer Skills
  • Preferably some knowledge in Accounting and Property Maintenance
  • Have prior working experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
  • Able to multi-task
  • Proficient in English and able to confidently manage the Senior Management
  • Effective problem solver
  • Resourceful in getting things done
  • Meticulous at work and able to plan work and duties in an organized manner
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
  • Personal assistant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
