5 days work week:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Manager.
  • Maintain CEO's contact database and emails.
  • Manage an active calendar of appointments, corresponding and following up with appropriate parties when needed.
  • Act as point of contact among staff members and external associates, clients or partners.
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking of restaurant reservations when needed.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential written and oral information.
  • Any other task as assigned from time to time.
  • Recruitment of qualified candidates.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials when instructed.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Excellent calendaring and scheduling skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels
  • Proficient with MS Office
