Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- Prepares monthly management reports for management review.
- To perform credit review and decision in accordance with the DA assigned at this level.
- Review appeals on status relating to the application and resolved them effectively.
- Ensure that the process is efficiently managed and that all applications are processed on a timely basis.
- Involved in system enhancement projects as and when required.
- Work with other business units (sales, portfolio, outsourcing) to ensure that the smooth transition of operations across units.
- Any other credit processing relating duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
- Manage a team of processing officers in ensuring that all applications are reviewed and process promptly and accurately.
- Review the approval process and ensuring compliance to all internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Review the policies on a regular basis and make changes as and when required so as to ensure that it is relevant to the current market conditions.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimally, a Degree holder
- Experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan processing is a must
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
