Job description: Immigration Manager, Personal Tax & GMS Consulting

The suitable candidate will be:

Liaising with clients and assisting with the applications of the relevant Singapore work and dependant\'s passes
Providing application overview, collating clients\' documents / information and addressing clients\' queries
Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on issuance of passes
Preparing immigration advice for clients
Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities\' (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients
Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident applications
Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes
Providing innovative suggestions to continually improve process efficiencies and quality client service

The ideal candidate should:

Possess a University degree or equivalent in any field of study.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills.
Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service.
Proficient in Microsoft office and technology savvy.
Be a strong team player
