Your role will be to manage a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure operational efficiency in the station. - Oversee the daily operations of the station. - Manage inventory: Order store goods, receive stock, price ticketing etc. - Track and store/fuel sales and ensure operational readiness of the store/fuel delivery system. - Perform cashiering / pump attendant duties as and when necessary. - Create work-duty rosters for staff. - Drive sales and motivate team-members to help the station reach targets. - Ensure housekeeping duties are carried out by staff daily. - Ensure safety and security protocols are followed. Skills: - Good leadership ability and team-oriented. (Prior supervisor/managerial experience is an advantage!) - Customer service oriented (previous customer service experience preferred). - Familiarity with sending emails and proficient in MS office. - Able to multi-task and come up with solutions. Please note: - Station operates 24-hours a day, you may be required to rotate between day/night shifts. - Prior working experience in a similar capacity preferred. - Petrol station environment. - 6 day work-week.
