The Talent

• Good knowledge in Excel (Including Pivot Table/Vlookup)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising/planning/allocation
• Candidates from retail/consumer goods industry will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders

The Job

• Drive the execution of allocation planning processes and strategies to achieve optimal individual store assortments, style color counts, and size productivity.
• Build and execute tactical Sales & Margin, Productivity store assortment plans that tie to financial targets and liquidation targets
• Establish assortment flow plan and determine style/colour/size level load in and replenishment for all stores.
• Monitor and communicate coverage opportunities prior to seasonal load ins
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders on weekly strategies and ensure inventory coverage to execute the plan
• Monitor store performance weekly and adjust and adapt where appropriate
• Analyze and identify gaps to optimize product opportunities for business growth
• Provide hindsight on assortment performance, in stock rate and flow
