Our client, a marine MNC that provides transportation services is currently looking for a Planning & Management Coordinator to join their Business Planning team to support the coordination of internal documents, meetings, and regulations and to liaise with Japanese counterparts.
【 What you will be doing 】
Corporate Communication and Public Relations
Coordination of inter-office matters
Management of subsidiary companies
Management of various contracts (Fuel hedge contracts, legal advisory contracts etc.)
Preparation of accounting slips and meeting arrangements
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder
Fluent in English (Business) and Fluent in Japanese (JLPT2 and above) in order to liaise with Japanese counterparts
Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration or PR preferred
Proficient PC skills, including in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Working Hour
9:00 ~ 17:30
