& Requirements

:

The candidate reports to the Planning & Contracts Manager and will assist the Manager in areas of quantity surveying, contract administration and project management for term contracts, cyclical and upgrading works within estates.

He/ She shall be tasked to carry out the following duties:

Conduct site studies to determine the scope of work Source latest related pricing and best practices to ensure competitiveness Prepare, call for and evaluate tenders for term contracts, estate improvement, cyclical projects, upgrading works, etc. Liaise with contractor, consultants & government agencies on projects matters Liaise with other departments on agreements & compliance matters Supervise repairs & replacement, repainting, re-roofing, upgrading of facilities and other cyclical and estate improvement works Value works in progress and prepare variations and progress payments Engage residents and manage public feedback Maintain good housekeeping and record keeping for Procurement/Tender/Quotation matters

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Building/Construction, Property/Real Estate or related courses Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in project management.
