Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. This role is to report to client project manager.
Maintenance Work Planning - (a) Develop maintenance work plan; (b) Propose continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance, cybersecurity posture and improve work processes.
Compliance & Cybersecurity Management - (a) Ensure system adhere to applicable standards, policies and directives; (b) Oversee annual self-check and rectification to address gaps; (c) Monitor and strengthen system security posture, ensure vulnerability is timely mitigated and patched, else seek waiver from relevant authority; (d) Support all audit activities, oversee resolution of audit findings.
Incident/Problem Management - (a) To lead investigation and resolution of problems; (b) Perform defect trend analysis to address recurring incident.
Change and Service Request (CR, SR) Management - (a) Gather requirements from Business Users and oversee CR and SR Assessment; (b) Seek approval from Change Control Board for CR and Ops Manager for SR implementation; (c) Manage CR and SR implementation to ensure satisfactory and timely delivery with users; (d) Analyse SR trends and propose improvement to the system.
Obsolescence Management - (a) Track and manage remediation for obsolete system components; (b) Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete system components.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering with at least 5 years of related experiences
At least 2 years of IT working experience; Experience in project management/coordination; Experience/certified in the relevant field of the project requirement.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
