Job Description


Role Purpose This role leads the Incremental Revenue function (R&B revenue, Spa activities, Resort activities and any other incremental revenue not related to rooms) across key hotels being part of IHG revenue services Key Accountabilities

  • Developing and managing short, medium, and long-term strategies for profitable revenue generation for Restaurant, Bars, SPAs and other revenue generator in our portfolio of hotels
  • Responsible as the key driver of Incremental revenue generation data analysis and recommend logical, tactical and strategic initiatives for pro-actively and cost effectively maximize hotel incremental revenues.
  • Provide data and analytics to support Hotels to drive incremental revenue opportunities and improve profitability across all Food & Beverage as well as other incremental revenue streams.
  • Train and coach operation hotel teams to develop a revenue management mindset and an interest towards analytics and revenue optimization inside their domain of expertise (F&B, Spa, \xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Lead weekly F&B meetings, monthly rolling 12-month forecast sign off meetings and quarterly strategic F&B meetings with key hotel stakeholders to ensure consistent focus on optimizing performance.
  • Promote desired revenue management work culture around the five Winning Ways of Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together.
Key Skills & Experiences Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Experience- Overall experience of 5+ years in Hospitality Industry
  • Experience of \xe2\x80\x9cF&B revenue management\xe2\x80\x9d strongly preferred
  • Advanced understanding of Yield Management with a minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience preferably in a Cluster/Portfolio Revenue Management Environment or F&B Leadership role
Technical Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong Analytical skills and number savvy
  • Effective communicator, good presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate Logical and critical thinking
  • Strategic planning & Organizational skills
  • Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry
  • Financial Acumen & knowledge on Tablecheck & Infrasys will be an added advanatge
