The People & Culture Group implements best-in-class people practices to help public agencies build a high-performing and engaged workforce, enabling them to achieve their organizational mission and strategic goals.What you will be working on:Learning Areas Our #PeoplePurposePossibilities internship will provide valuable exposure to the strategic and data-driven aspects of human resources, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of progressive people practices to agencies. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a consulting-practitioner through the following: People Analytics - You will support the development of dashboards using data visualisation tools like Excel, Tableau, etc. to provide management with trends and insights into organisational and manpower health, as well as efficiency of HR service delivery to agencies. Strategic Workforce Planning - You will assist in analysing current and future workforce needs, to support agencies with transforming their workforce to meet business priorities today and beyond. Progressive HR Practice - You will contribute to the development and implementation of progressive HR practices across agencies to future-proof the agencies\' ability to attract, retain and motivate officers.
