What you will be working on:
Drive employee wellness agenda and design supporting policies and programmes (e.g. annual health screening) \xe2\x80\xa2 Build a desired corporate culture anchored around agencies\' business objectives and corporate values. This includes (but not limited to) appointing and activating wellness/ engagement reps in the agencies to improve organisational culture and employees\' well-being \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee WOG-wide awards (e.g. PST Awards), as well as agency-specific awards to recognise and affirm employee\'s exemplary contribution/ performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop creative, engaging and effective internal communication of key corporate messages through suitable platforms (e.g. town halls, leadership addresses, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage funding and budget utilisation for employee wellness programmes, CSR activities, etc.
