Ultimately, our service should make people feel at home no matter where they are.In your new role as Premium Host, you will provide exceptional customer service with an emphasis on delivering personalised premium service to Qantas First Class, Chairman\'s Lounge, Platinum, Gold Frequent Flyer Members and Major Corporate Accounts ensuring an effortless and superior travel experience through the airport environment for Qantas First and Premium passengers.You will demonstrate a positive and analytical approach to problem solving and ability to produce results within tight timeframes.You\xe2\x80\x99ll have \xe2\x80\x93
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the aviation or tourism industry.
At least a diploma in a relevant business or tourism discipline is preferred.
Familiar with arrival and departure procedures and formalities.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, other recognition and loyalty programs such as Chairman\'s Lounge, Qantas Club benefits and entitlements.
Understanding of the Aviation Legislation requirements as they pertain to Qantas and the ability to ensure implementation of the robust corporate processes and procedures to ensure Airport compliance.
Willing to be trained in all aspects of operational, safety, security, dangerous goods and emergency policies and procedures as outlined in various operational manuals.
Ability to assist customers with their baggage (within established OH&S guidelines).
A service professional with a demonstrated depth of experience, understanding and commitment to delivering Qantas service in accordance to the specifications of the Airport Service Guide.
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
