JOBSCOPE

Manage procurement KPI with open tenders and cost savings
Manage ocean/air sales performance and cost savings by strengthening procurement competitiveness
Develop carrier/partner relationship and strengthen network
Strengthen pricing capability following business expansion
Negotiate prices and space allocation with global shipping carriers/airlines/NVOCC
Manage competitive price with shipping carriers/airlines through market sensing
Manager entire pricing process following market conditions
Track market trend and manage pricing database
Manage bidding calendar to set up pricing strategies, bidding plans and implementation to increase sales

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor Degree with major in Business/Logistics/Trading or other related disciplines
At least 15 years of experience working with global logistics or 3PL companies
At least 10 years of experience in pricing/procurement field
At least 5 years of experience managing teams
At least 5 years of experience in a regional role
Global bidding experience with shippers is needed
