• Responsible for monitoring/maintaining automation equipment, analyzing data on automation equipment.
• Manage and develop production automation control systems, working with robotics and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies.

• Center to lead paradigm shift in mobility value chain, spanning the entire lifecycle of vehicles.
• The group will build a customer-centered smart mobility environment where products are tailored to customer needs and mobility services would enrich its customers\' lives.

[ Process Automation Planning/Execution ]

• Responsible for production control systems, working with PLCs or PC-based controllers.
• Interface with other control/management systems, such as MES, AGV/AMR fleet management system, smart logistics system.
• Manage manufacturing processes, including process optimisation and cycle time reduction.
• Conduct simulation and offline testing for new model/new parts (CPS production pre-verification).
• Improve existing and/or develop new automation manufacturing techniques, including vision systems and robotic grippers.

[Automation Equipment Management and Data Analysis]

• Work with maintenance team to devise Hardware / Software maintenance plan.
• Collaborate with other teams to analyse production data, applying AI and machine learning to devise improvement plans.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical
• 3 to 5 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens TIA portal)
• Experience and working knowledge with Siemens TIA Portal, Simatic S7-1500
• Basic understand of industrial and collaborative robots (Kawasaki, Doosan, KUKA, UR) & vision systems (2D and 3D).
• Experience in manufacturing processes and data analysis for automation manufacturing equipment
