Job Description

The work location is based at OCBC Chulia (Raffles Place) and will be rotated between Raffles Place and Tampines.
The primary role of a Processor/Authoriser is to attend to customers\' incoming Instructions and ensure timely and accurate processing.

• The primary role of Processor/Authoriser is to ensure the prompt and accurate scan/index of instructions into WFI system. Other responsibilities include the follow-up on upstreams\' enquiries pertaining to their respective product\'s incoming instructions.
• He/She must ensure accuracy in the smooth running of all incoming instructions, with efficient and effective management in the areas of Scan / Index, mail management, reconciliation, Customer Service, MIS and Administration.
• Incumbent must ensure strict adherence to Bank policies, procedures and operational controls. He must contribute as a team member to meet SLA and customer service excellence.
• In addition to the major responsibilities highlighted, the job incumbent may also be required to perform other work-related duties as assigned by his/her superior.

• This role involves archiving and packing items into boxes, and individual needs to be comfortable with carrying heavy items and moving around the office.

• Initiative, resourcefulness, able to multi-task independently as well as in a team

• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills, highly organized

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Computer literacy & Product knowledge for respective department supported.

• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Application - Excel and Word is essential

• GCE \'O\' Level for Processor

• Diploma or equivalent in Banking and Finance for Authoriser

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

• Good operational knowledge

• Pleasant personality

• Able to work independently as well as a team
