Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare Purchase Order to vendors, check stock availability and lead-time.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in requisition - appropriate quantities are ordered, correct materials are ordered.
  • Negotiate favourable contractual terms with vendors.
  • Expedite and follow up on orders to ensure the goods/services are processed in line with customer\xe2\x80\x99s delivery timeline.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and third party logistics providers on all shipment delivery.
  • Build strong relationship with vendors and suppliers, fostering collaboration and business partnership.
  • Update and maintain price-lists of different vendors.
  • Identifying more efficient ways to improve procurement process, logistics.
  • Check supplier invoices to ensure all items are invoiced accurately.
  • Keeping inventory stock of our warehouse goods and placing orders to replenish stock and inventory runs below minimum stock levels.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimal Diploma with 3 years working experience in an office setting.
  • Had exposure to ERP systems.
  • Candidates with some Accounting background is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in excel.
  • Very meticulous and responsible.
  • Self-motivated
  • Has strong sense of initiative
