JOB DESCRIPTION

Procurement and Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

To process procurement requests and perform goods receipt via procurement systems. Liaise with vendors for item availability and delivery schedule.

Perform logistics activities based on user submissions such as asset transfers and disposals and timely conduct of stocktake activities

To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority

Requirements:

Employees with at least two years relevant experience in procurement and logistics management using SAP will be preferred.
