Procurement Executive, Utilities Asset Management [based In Jurong Island]

Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities * Procure materials and services at the most cost-effective prices from approved vendors and in accordance with scheduled/delivery date required by end users, thereby reducing costs and maximizing profits for the Business Units.
- Ensure compliance/ governance in accordance with Group policy and establish guidelines and procedures
- Support Procurement Manager in monthly reporting and digitization initiatives.
- Background in electrical and electronics discipline are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in related discipline preferred.
- Experience in buyer position in oil & gas or utilities plant environment preferred.
- Possesses integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in latest SAP software preferred.
