JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Manager, Manager, Procurement to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Ensure fairness, transparency and cost effectiveness in the entire procurement process.
• Drive consistency, leverage economies of scale, deliver cost efficiencies and exceed quality and speed expectations relative to managing and executing sourcing and contracting processes.
• Execute end to end procurement operations according to the Procurement Policy and Procedures, including managing tenders and quotations.
• Lead development of business case documentation on business process improvements to increase Procurement efficiency and agility.
• Establish and maintain regular communications and trainings with stakeholders to drive alignment of business requirements, economic opportunity areas and mutual accountability through procurement activities.
• Accountable for overseeing suppliers database and ensure that supplier data is up-to-date through annual review exercises.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP systems, such as SAP S4 Hana and Ariba is preferred.
• Driven with positive mentality, strong initiative.
• Resourceful and meticulous.
• Flair in writing and managing Systems are necessary.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
