Responsibilities :

Develop and execute purchasing strategies to reduce cost and improve material quality
Ensure department works according to the control policies and compliance
Prepare and improve department KPIs, monitor and impose continuous improvement
Ensure sufficient supply of materials to support production according the production plan
Work closely with Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) and Marketing team to react to market changes with inventory replenishment/adjustment
Develop and strengthen supplier base for stable supply and risk mitigation
Perform supplier assessment to drive for supplier performance improvement
Exercise purchasing cost control and monitoring to ensure low acquisition cost
Enforce the compliance on the code of conduct

Requirements :

Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Operation / Business Administration
6 years of relevant experience
Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels in the organization and suppliers
Analytical mindset with good problem solving skill
Good leadership and in execution
Good presentation skill
Can work in details and persistence
