Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize procurement strategies and maintain a proper supply base to satisfy the business requirements;
Identify, select and engage suppliers to ensure competitive procurement advantage;
Supplier sourcing and qualification, Request for quotation, handle auction and contract negotiation;
Price analysis, spend analysis and baseline setup;
Supplier relationship management;
Support the bidding to client;
Other procurement issue.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Administration/Purchasing or relevant major(including trade, business, commercial);
At least 8 years experiences in procurement or project management field; the experience about Retail or Consumer field will be preferred;
Good understanding about supplier in construction field; good understanding about market quotation in construction field;
Good oral expression, presentation ability; Effective communication, negotiating skills;
Good leadership;
Fluent English skills;
Good computer operation skills, especially in excel, PowerPoint;
