Salt is hiring a \xe2\x80\x98Product Growth Specialist\xe2\x80\x99 to leverage on their deep understanding of the local competitive and product landscape & highlight product gaps and growth opportunities in the country, and drive execution of growth initiatives specifically for the region (Indonesia)

The ideal candidate is passionate about international market success and has relevant experience in product management for consumer products and mobile technology.



\xc2\xb7 Provide local insights \xe2\x80\x93 identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that are relevant for success in Indonesia.

\xc2\xb7 Explore, identify, and execute on growth opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the family of apps is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Indonesia.

\xc2\xb7 Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data.

\xc2\xb7 Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps.

\xc2\xb7 Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows.

\xc2\xb7 Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact

\xc2\xb7 Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution.

\xc2\xb7 Understand strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Extensive local knowledge of online and mobile and consumer technology, and how people use the internet.

\xc2\xb7 Great storyteller and exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications

\xc2\xb7 BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience will be a plus.

\xc2\xb7 5+ years in product management or product marketing in digital products or tech companies

\xc2\xb7 Experience with social products, commerce, messaging, technologies, and platforms is strongly desired.

\xc2\xb7 Good to have experience in influencing multiple stakeholders at a global scale.

\xc2\xb7 Good to have experience in partnering with product management or product growth at a global scale.
