They are hiring for a Product Manager for their team to take on a Cloud Product Portfolio.
Job Responsibilities: Business plans creation for the vendor product group and associated services.
Sales enablement programs development and implementation for organization and partners.
Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately product group trained
Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.
Creating of joint initiatives with the organization\'s vendor and business partners.
Ensuring technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.
Coordinate the various functions within the organization to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.
Maintain, develop, and ensure that executive business relations with vendor partners are of the highest order, are proactive and that the engagement is continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.
Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary to execute product leadership
Maintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment
Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.
Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that company meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.
Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.
Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.
Close collaboration with Channels sales Director to provide direction, development ,and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Director.
Team Management and Leadership.
Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years\' experience within IT Solution Sales
Cloud Sales Experience is preferred
At least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree
Appropriate vendor product sales certifications
Self-starter with sound business acumen
Results focused
Ability to work with little direction
Capacity to lead vertical teams
Influence business outcomes without having direct control
