About the Role

A Financial Services Group, headquartered in Australia, looking for an experience Product Manager for their Singapore team. You will be responsible to oversee the structural construction of the financial products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products aligned with customer requirements. You will report directly to the CTO.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Undertake product design and implementation based on financial scenarios to meet market and user requirements.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to established methodologies, standards, and tools in the software development process.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices.
• Perform ad-hoc-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor/ Master in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management for software development, with a successful track record of delivering projects within scope, timeline and budget.
• Proficient project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Collaborative and Team Player to synergise with various department.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• A desire to thrive in a hard-working, fast-paced and collaborative team.
• Great communication skills and customer centric.
