Job Description

  • Overall accountable for the assigned product in driving the market shares, API and the total product portfolio to achieve the sales targets. . Manage product roadmaps, product positioning, product life cycle and pricing to ensure we extend our leadership and market share position . Develop product strategies, Roadmaps and determine market segmenting, targeting and positioning. . Build, develop and manage a strong and talented team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how . Manage PPP budget and sales forecast for the category . Lead in product launch planning and execution to ensure awareness creation on all consumer touch points . Competitive product benchmarking on pricing, promotion and product . End of life and new product launch management . Conceptualization of Go-to-Market strategies and marketing plan alignment with Marcom team . Working with Trade Marketing team to ensure strong execution of in-store display and communication and field force performance . Working with Field Force manager to align on product training and selling skills for field forceRequirements Bachelor's degree or above Marketing working experience for at least 8 years, with solid sales background and trade marketing experience Experience in Product Marketing and Product Training B2B and B2C marketing experience Experience in Account Management , liaise with sales distributor
