Job Description
Job scopes
Conceptualise, develop, plan, organise and implement promotional/marketing strategic plans to achieve KPI and sales.
- Develop related products to cater to consumers’ current and future demands
- Manage series and special project groups, champion its success and organise activities for customers during the tour
- Work closely with the team on all relevant events set up
- Maintain good and professional working relationship with operators, suppliers and other trade partners
- Achieving and exceeding targets set.
- Provide strong support to sales personals to ensure smooth delivery of customer services.
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations to staff.
- Any other jobs as may be assigned.
- Minimum Diploma in Travel related studies or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the tourism industry.
- Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and meticulous
- Strong leadership skill, innovative and target driven
- Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial
- Able to adapt fast-paced and dynamic working environment
