: * Arrange trips and hotels for group package tours in conjunction with international land operators. * Coordinate with airlines to request air group seats, and keep track of all deadlines for group seat deposits and ticket issu : Arrange trips and hotels for group package tours in conjunction with international land operators. Coordinate with airlines to request air group seats, and keep track of all deadlines for group seat deposits and ticket issuance. Issuance of all group air tickets and the handling of refund requests for tickets. Adding traveller information to the name list for each Group Tour. Submit requests for group package travellers to airlines or land operators in accordance with their preferences (any other requests). Beforethe start of the group tour, prepare the pre-tour briefing (issue tickets, prepare the briefing booklet, etc.). Attributing a tour guide and preparing an EO for the salary and expenditures of the guide. Requirement: Assist in product planner in creating travel packages. Liaise with overseas agents & hoteliers to negotiate for attractive itineraries and tour pricing for our travel packages. Prepare contents for tour package flyer including setting tour fee. Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
