Key Responsibilities: Execute deliveries to Commercial team at tender stage, but with focus to meet customer requirements and win orders and highlight risks involved and mitigations where possible. Plan and initiate procurement based on order execution plan and order kickoff meeting inputs, to meet customer deliveries and internal sales targets. Identify critical path items, risks and initiate risk mitigation actions. Clears obstacles to deliver successful execution. Work towards meeting OTD and Sales and plant absorption targets. Collaborate with Commercial team to provide monthly S&OP forecasts for stock items (eg. gate valves, forgings, kits, actuators etc.). Drive E&O reduction. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Supply chain/project management with at least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations Possess knowledge in MRP as a planning tool like Primavera P6 will be an advantage.
