Roles & Responsibilities JobScope: 1. Spearhead operational directives for the e-commerce business functions of the business. 2. Develop a procurement network database and e-commerce inventory management system for the supply of premium spices from Southeast Asia and the regions. Have strong command in C, C++, and HTML languages.
3. Able to develop and prepare systems and prognosis for managing current and new software development projects involving clients and departments engaged in the Indian Food businesses/production. 4. Possess knowledge of recipe management systems and menu – dine-in and takeout functions. 5. Establish strong customer engagement portals and reporting systems to acquire feedback for recipe mix adjustments and measures from the kitchen, clients, and virtual brands.
6. Determine spice mixes data feedback systems, and packaging sizes recognition to assist with the operations division’s tasks (packing and sorting). 7. Able to design dashboard systems and reporting frameworks for management and operations division. 8. Work with marketing teams on e-commerce campaigns and stock levels for B2C sales. Assist in virtual brand development. Good command of Javascript, Adobe, Macromedia Dreamweaver, and Publisher.
9. Development and troubleshooting of ERP systems to manage cleanliness schedules and meet SFA requirements. 10. Able to operate and coordinate stock movements on ERP systems for large and small order management. 11. Able to code in ERP Halal sourcing and be part of the Halal team. 12. Able to develop in-house app extensions for ERP systems. Good command in MatLab, ASP.Net and Windows Function, Power BI. 13. Operate the Inventory management System to manage all incoming and outgoing materials from the facility. 14. Coordinate with the IT Executive (Inventory System) on fault reports, downtime, and upgrades.
15. Ensure Production KPIs are evaluated, met, and reported.
16. Conduct daily closing and financial reporting for the day close, expense report, weekly report, and monthly report. 17. Provide timely and regular feedback on market trends and operating systems available in the market, and procurement from various countries to support growth and expansion. 18. Reports to the Director.
Soft Skills:

• Possess experience working in an InfoComm sector with projects associated with spices and food production facility.

. Able to work on weekends (including Saturday and Sunday) as clients factory operate over the weekends.
Educational Qualification: Degree (preferably in Computer Science) or more than 8 year’s experience in the field.
Experience: At least 3 years working in a related position dealing with food technology.
Key Selection Criteria: Strong ability to design and develop IT systems. Possess in-depth knowledge of the food industry. Prior experience dealing with food tech and data analysis. Able to commit to work on weekends.
Work Environment: Production Facility/ Warehouse/ Dry Store/ Office Work on weekends, 6 day’s work week.
Skills Training Required: C, C++, Javascript, Android
Remuneration: Annual: 7 Days, Annual Leave (for first year), 14 days Medical Leave, 60 Days Hospitalisation Leave
