WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsible for conceiving, developing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing life, health, and wellness insurance schemes and products

• Conceptualise launch training deck and conduct product launch training for distribution & top districts. Collate product FAQ at trainings for post-launch sharing
• Conduct post-launch activities to continue to drive sales of new product
• Create post-launch product contents i.e. eDMs, engagement/learning videos accessible through iResource/sharepoint
• Maintain competitive analysis (with support from product managers)
• Gather post-launch feedbacks from distribution
• Design materials for product sales activation i.e. eDMs, engagement/learning videos (existing products)
• Develop digital sales tools i.e. sales kit, product video, sales illustrator for iResource platform improve sales effectiveness and maintain sales tools' relevance and usefulness to meet sales needs
• Support product enquiries from leaders (include working with Pdt Mgrs/ Life Ops/ Actuarial/ ECM to address Product questions, competitiveness, etc

Requirements

• Education - Degree Holder Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Preferably with experience in insurance sales.
• Certifications/licenses - CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI
• Skills - Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
