Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing and growing new accounts in Academic, Research, Healthcare and/or Life Science industries.
• Selling scientific devices and consumables such as cold chain management instrument, Agri-technology, lab automation with the ability to support demonstrations (Relevant training will be provided).
• For Product Specialist (Healthcare) – Selling scientific and medical devices such as diagnostic reagents with the ability to support demonstrations (Relevant training will be provided).
• Provision of pre-sales and post sales technical and application advice and support to customers.
• Business development of new and current products to maintain our market leadership
• Building and maintaining good relationships with prospective clients and key account opinion leaders.
• Create, submit sales report on our CRM software.
• Opportunities for overseas product training are available.

• Degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences, Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field will be considered.
• Exposure to lab equipment and processes with R&D experience would be an advantage.
• For Product Specialist (Healthcare) – Exposure to lab equipment and processes in hospitals would be an advantage.
• Have an understanding of the local academic, research or healthcare landscape.
• Goal-oriented and sales-driven.
• Independent, self-motivated and excellent team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to the office in Pandan Loop and visit customers across Singapore depending on the customer segments.
