Responsible for preparation and supervision of Western-style cooked food, sauces, and frozen meals.
???????????????????????

Develop and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality.
???????????????????????????

Train and guide kitchen production staff to ensure proper food handling, safety and hygiene.
?????????????????

Oversee daily production schedule, ingredient usage and equipment inventory.
?????????????

Create new Western-style products and improve production efficiency.
??????????/????

Able to work rotating shifts (morning/evening).

???? / Job Requirements:



??????????????????????????

Diploma in Culinary or Food Science, with strong knowledge of Western cuisine and cooked-food production.
????????????????????????

Experience in large-scale food production and techniques such as vacuum sealing and freezing.
??SFA??????????

Familiar with SFA food safety and hygiene standards.
????????????????????????????

Strong team leadership and responsibility, able to lead and meet production targets independently.
