Liaise with trainers on scheduling of funded and non-funded courses and other training matters.
Assist in course administration, planning and submission of courseware for accreditation
Monitor and evaluate training assessment reports to meet continuous improvement audit guidelines
Collaborate with training developers to develop new funding courses
Advise participants/clients the eligible training grants, nett amount payable and payment modes accepted by SSG
Maintain currency of WSQ courses information in SkillsConnect
WSQ process and quality assurance
Comply with SSG requirements on WSQ Process and Quality Assurance [or WSQ Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) Audit]
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by HOD
Job Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Possession of WSQ Advanced Certified in Learning and Performance (ACLP) / WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) / WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) will be an advantage
2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Competent in Microsoft applications, e.g. Excel. Data analytics skills will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and written communication skills, resourceful, and independent
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a good team player
