The Role

We are looking for a Program Launch Manager based in Singapore or HongKong who will play a pivotal role in operational integration and delivery of new global products, customer solutions, migrations, product exits and enhancements to ensure the best customer and business outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilites

This is how you\'ll bring the purpose of your role to life, as a Program Launch Manager you will:

• Provide and/or assess initial product, solution, service, application, technology proposals to ascertain potential operational impacts, commercial and technical viability
• Lead project planning sessions with all stakeholders and work streams in an AGILE environment
• Manage end to end projects whilst forming and maintaining great relationships with project stakeholders
• Coordinate signing off and endorsements by stakeholders on project deliverables, success criteria and operational readiness milestones
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project deliverables and documentation
• Own and drive all integration and operational elements of projects and initiatives
• Pre-empt, track, communicate and effectively mitigate risks/issues, driving resolution in a timely fashion
• Drive operational elements within construct/design/build/process workshops for the new products, solutions, migrations, exits and enhancements being delivered
• Ensure all new products, solutions, migrations, enhancements and exists align and fit into the Telstra digitalization and business strategy
• Produce Overall Business Impact statement (OBIS), Operate model, Operational Readiness checklist (ORC) and Agreement to operate (ATO) artefacts on all projects
• Forecast operational resource requirements for initial project development to ensure appropriate areas and expertise are engaged
• Identify most effective methodology to be used for delivery and make recommendations to influence accordingly
• Identifying the teams and vendors involved in the end-to-end delivery, support and lifecycle management of the product to engage them and get their buy in of the work
• Evaluate the scope of challenges within projects and provide suggestions for solutions to resolve them effectively and efficiently
• Provide clear, simple, relevant and consistent documentation
• Develop, present and action sound recommendations and plans based on own work
• Collaborate with product, customer, process and system owners to evolve integration strategies and promote value of team

About you:
To be successful in the role of Program Launch Manager, you will have:

• Proven experience working in a program or project management role
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated record of successful delivery and ability to attain results whilst setting high standards of performance
• Demonstrated leadership in a multi-disciplinary team involved in complex problem solving, managing multiple stakeholders and conflicting points of view
• Great business acumen
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
