Changi Airport Group (CAG) aspires to be the most innovative company in Singapore. The CAG Accelerator is an internal consulting office that helps individuals & teams in CAG to flesh out their ideas or design solutions for their problem statements, and connects these ideators to the right resources or expertise for experimentation or solution implementation.

CAG has also established a Low Code Centre of Excellence (CoE) that designs and implements digital solutions for business units, using low code tools like the Microsoft Power Platform.

We are looking for a Manager to run the Program Management Offices (PMOs) for both the CAG Accelerator as well as the Low Code CoE, which are both enterprise programs.

As the PMO for the CAG Accelerator, you will

• Help teams define their business ideas, problem, requirements and goals clearly.
• Connect teams to the right in-house (and sometimes external) expertise who can help the teams in identifying the right solution approach, designing the solution, and taking their ideas forward.
• Build, maintain, and engage our panel of internal consultants, drawing from colleagues across CAG who are practitioners in areas like AI, data science, RPA, low code development, and other emerging technologies.
• Conduct regular outreach to drive awareness and use of the Accelerator services within CAG.
• Identify the data sources or common solution components needed to advance digital transformation in CAG, and work with the right parties to put these in place.
• Develop an understanding for how teams implement new ideas in CAG, and introduce ways to reduce friction and speed up the ideas-to-solution journey.
• Track and monitor the success indicators for the Accelerator.

As the PMO for the Low Code CoE, you will

• Engage teams across CAG or through the Accelerator to identify potential use cases that would benefit from the speed and agility of low code development.
• Guide teams in clearly articulating their requirement through swim-lane diagrams and wireframes, and help them in their solution and data design.
• Work with the CAG Low Code Digital Kitchen to build, test, and deploy low code solutions for business units.
• Organize awareness and training sessions to help business units understand when & how to leverage low code solutions, and to train citizen developers to build their own Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Query solutions.
• Lead and manage our Application Management Services (AMS) vendor to take over and maintain deployed Power Apps.

• Work with our Corporate IT colleagues to put in place and manage the necessary infrastructure and governance for the use of low code tools in CAG.
• Track and monitor the success indicators for the Low Code CoE.

It would be extra awesome if:

You already have the skills and experience in building and deploying solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and/or Power Query.
