Program Manager (the&partnership)

North Region, Singapore, Singapore

Job Description

Who are The&Partnership?

At The&Partnership, we bring ideas and technology together to power brands and businesses. As one of the world\'s fastest-growing independent agency networks, we are increasingly known for developing bespoke new agency solutions for clients across the globe.

We call this the &Model and the premise is very simple. Agency Creative, Strategy, Media, PR and Data/CRM, all working side by side, solving problems as one collaborative team with the client.

A rapidly changing market requires a radical new approach to marketing. We work alongside our clients\' marketing departments - often with other agency partners - in new, nimble ways to deliver highly creative, data-driven work quickly and efficiently.

Backed by the might of WPP and GroupM, we\'ve seen record growth over the past two years - expanding across 17 new markets and doubling in size against a challenging industry backdrop.

Our ambition is to be the most important place in our people\'s careers, and with a model that sees some teams embedded with clients, others \'beside clients\' or in one of our head offices, there are plenty of opportunities for variety and stretch.

Over the years, we\'ve learnt that these values are what set us apart and keep us fresh:

  • It\'s not who you are it\'s what you bring
  • WE is always stronger than ME
  • Don\'t stay put, stay curious
  • Never stop asking, \'and?\'
About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take a campaign from the moment the client brief is received, all the way through to delivery.

A highly organised, naturally confident communicator - you\'ll act as the lynchpin between all departments, ensuring work is allocated correctly, delivered on time and within budget and that all relevant stakeholders are happy with the work. A calm, authoritative voice during stressful moments, you\'ll ensure priorities are communicated to the relevant people as well as being a champion of the process.

You\'ll maintain an understanding of all projects going through the account no matter big or small, and be able to multitask to keep projects at different stages moving through the process.

The work is fast-moving and so being all over the timings is absolutely key - both internally within the agency departments, but also flagging when client approvals are needed and what a delay might mean for the rest of the timeline.

At the nexus of agency departments, multiple partner agencies and client, you\'ll hold the macro view of project delivery and be super organised, keeping track of people, resources, costings and budgets, and ensuring the relevant approvals and sign offs are obtained.

What You\'ll Do
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to define project objectives, goals, and scope. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with client expectations and agency capabilities.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure effective collaboration to achieve project milestones.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify resource requirements and allocate team members appropriately to ensure workload distribution and efficient project execution. Anticipate potential bottlenecks and work to mitigate risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure that all deliverables meet agency and client quality standards. Review and approve creative assets, copy, and campaign materials before client presentations or launch.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and timelines closely to ensure adherence to financial and schedule targets. Address deviations promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that could impact project scope, timeline, or quality.
  • Innovation and Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and project management. Apply new knowledge to enhance project strategies and client relationships.
What You\'ll Need
  • Strong project management experience, production experience a bonus
  • Expertise in managing timings across multiple stakeholders (inc. other agencies), channels and production partners
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • A flexible and pro-active approach while maintaining attention to detail for deliverables
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all people, at all levels
  • Confidence to present clear, factual information when required
  • Can demonstrate the use of initiative and work well unsupervised
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
How We\'ll Support You

The&Partnership embraces and celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We are a worldwide creative agency that represents global clients. The more inclusive we are, the more brilliant work we can create together.
