The Programme & Outreach Coordinator conducts programmes to suit the needs of the service users and coordinates these programmes. Identifies areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control and compliance measures and develops information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers. Plans the manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers in executing programme activities. Coordinates with other organisations to execute programmes, manages communications and feedback from stakeholders and conducts outreach activities to other organisations and the community. A resourceful, proactive, responsible and client-centric professional, the Programme & Outreach Coordinator works in various Voluntary Welfare Organisations, communities and institutional settings.

Key responsibility areas
Undertake programme development, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of current and new programme enhancement
Support in the planning, coordinating, and tracking of programmes and activities
Coordinate with various stakeholders to execute programme, manage communications, and gather feedback from stakeholders
Deepen the engagement with stakeholders, corporate bodies, government agencies, other voluntary organizations, and existing partnerships
Propose and forge new partnerships
Prepare program proposals and grant applications including budget planning
Work closely with the team to coordinate and execute programmes
Maintain updated records and create reports or proposals when required
To carry out any other relevant tasks as required by the organisation

Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (working with youths and families will be an advantage)
Qualifications:
Minimum O Level / A Level Holder / Diploma qualification related to the relevant field
Other Requirements:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and preferably another language including Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or any other dialect commonly used in Singapore
Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva will be an advantage
Possess the disposition and qualities to work with children/youths and families
Culturally sensitive and open to diverse views
Understanding of the social service profession/sector
Strong communication, crisis management, and inter-personal skills
Able to work well independently or in a team
Resourceful with good time-management skills
Comfortable with Babes' mother centric approach
