We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Programme Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Market sensing:

  • Identify and analyse emerging trends, technologies, state of the art approaches/practices, and potential partnerships with vendors, Fintechs, and advisory bodies to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. This will include attending conferences, participating in relevant industry forums, reading/writing research papers, conducting and participating in content relevant interviews internally and externally, and staying abreast of external factors and trends affecting our business and transformation efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players and stakeholders. Lead information sessions and workshops for Transformation Services staff and Bank employees more broadly on topics covering transformation innovation and strategic change, bringing in external speakers, where possible. Run experiments / pilots to test new processes, technologies, approaches, and solutions
Business Process Reengineering:
  • Identify and analyse business processes to address areas of inefficiency and opportunities to improve controls, and recommend and implement changes, measured through KPIs (efficiency, cost reduction, control effectiveness, increased revenue). Lead a team of process reengineers. Administer training to embed process reengineering capabilities broadly, equipping all Transformation Services staff with the know-how to perform process mapping and process redesign
Communications and Branding:
  • Define a communications strategy and plan. The plan will include standardizing templates (powerpoint, excel, word, and online) to drive a consistent look and feel and messaging that conveys transformation priorities, promoting awareness and alignment. Establish a regular cadence and mechanisms for communicating with the country stakeholders (e.g., newsletters, videos, townhalls)
Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and across a diverse group of stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for proposed changes, delivering to defined programs\xe2\x80\x99 scope, budget, and timeline. Deliver high-touch consultative support, deft relationship management, and conflict resolution
Requirements

Requirements

The following mandatory minimum qualifications are required for the role, applicants who are not able to demonstrate these requirements will not be considered:
  • Certified in Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodology
  • Extensive experience in business process reengineering and process mapping
  • Prior internal or external management consulting experience
  • Experienced practitioner in Agile and applying the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Change Framework
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex projects
  • People management experience and delivering strong team outcomes and positive employee engagement
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment managing multiple stakeholders Analytical writing and crisp verbal communication skills
  • Preparing and delivering clear, concise presentations with enthusiasm and passion that demonstrates content knowledge
  • Strong questioning and listening skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of intellectual curiosity
